hello all, i was out driving with my room mate in his aw11 last night and the idler for the alternator fell off, luckily we found the belt and the bearing but we had to drive home on the battery alone. it was very interesting driving with no lights (we made it to about 500m of the house grr)

i looked hard on the net and the two forums but could not find any info, basically i wanted to know what torque setting to tighten the bolt up to and if anyone has an alternative to stopping the possibility of this happening again, any info would be good info.... spleen
