enquiry about st 185 fuel rail mod

hi..
I'm using the celica 3sgte st 185 engine. I've changed the throttle body using the st205 standard throttle body.
Do i hv to change with the st205 standard fuel rail or not ?? what else do i need to change ??
I want to optimise my engine performance but i only want to go for mild modification.

you'll also find that no matter how hard you try the st205 fuel rail will not fit the st185 motor. you can use the injectors tho if you have some sort of programable ecu
