Will 7m auto bolt to 1jz??

Just wanna know if I can use a 7m auto on a 1jz becase I just bought a 1jz without a gearbox.
The engine is part of BHG crew but my auto is still in good condition.
Do I need a 1jz box??

ah ok, no 7m box wont fit and yes you need a 1j/2j box

Did you know that a JZ A340E bellhousing will bolt to a 7M A340E, thus enabling the 7M auto to bolt to a 1JZ ? (I'm not 100% sure about the torque convertor though).

Electronics could be different, but that would only be plugs.

I've seen a 1GGTE autobox working behind a 1JZ, it didn't last more than about 6 months but it worked.
