    Default 7MGTE ARP Head Studs Torque Specs

    Hey guys,

    I am just wondering if anyone knows the torque settings that come in the box when you buy ARP head studs. I thought I had the bit of paper with all that information in a safe place but can't seem to find it.

    I am after the torque settings without molly lube but both will be handy for future reference.

    80 ft/lb with moly
    120 with 30 weight oil.

    Cheers for that!! They are from memory what I thought it was as well, just seems crazy how the motor oil is 40ft/lb more..
