    Default Re: Clutch Problems

Its a bit late now, but you needed to check when the pedal was soft ( Shallow ) in your speak, was there actually any movement at the clutch slave cylinder, ie was the pushrod actually coming out ( moving ) ??? when you were depressing the pedal in the soft area .. If its still slack after your M/C change check the pushrod at the slave for movement this time .. If no movement the clutch still needs bleeding or adj M/C pushrod length etc, if there is movement at the slave but the pedal is still soft its time to pull the box out & investigate whats gone wrong ........

You will obviously need someone else to help you check the slave when pushing on the clutch pedal ..
