20v silvertop torque specs

I need to know what the tension settings for the big ends and head bolts are for the 20v please.
I did have a look at a manual a bloke has but it was all in japanese so wasn't much help with that.
Any info would be good thanks

30Nm +90deg +90deg for head

29Nm +90deg for big ends

i have the engineers black book I use when pulling tension on bolts its really handy.. I highly recommend people buy it..

anyways if you give me the pitch and the diameter Ill tell you the tension out of this book.. I use it to rebuild engines gearboxes diffs. I cross referenced it with the toyota manuel and it was within 2 mn
