Default RA28 1GGTE Engine mounts for TA23 xmember

Hi, just wanted some ideal on how to make the engine mounts to fit a 1GGTE into an RA28 with the TA23 cross member Installed.

I am thinking the mounts are off the shelf with a custom adapter plate but haven't seen to much info in my searches .

    Consult this my Friend:

Failing that, there's heaps of shots on my website - stradlater.com

Woops - just realised you said Ta23 x-member. Oh well, the above is still good.

Stradlater's website gives you all the information that you need.

Just one thing to remember. I did my conversion some 10 years ago using this guide put together by Six Works - I did not change the mountings on the xmember, rather I used the rhs engine mount on the lhs turned upside down and the lhs engine mount on the rhs turned upside down. This means you do not need the 10 mm spacers and lowers the engine enough to clear everything.

thanks guys, I have A TA23 xmember like screaminrollers setup the items for sale & the other links are for a RA23 xmember..

When I picked up my engine I got steel mounts similar those on screamers engine so I just need to find out what the rubber mounts are from?

The steel mounts I have are 10mm thick, do these need to be so think?, the factory ones are only 3-4mm thick.

I have a feeling the rubber mounts are off the stock 1G steel mounts, not 100% sure though.

10mm thick is heaps, thats what mine were done with.
