Damn, I thought It was going to be close between me and Nathan for AWD runner up but I didn't realise it was that close !! 1.2 seconds. If only I didn't get distracted on my second last run. I was so happy with my first turn I missed the rest of the course.

In the end I was happy that I got the flick spin working so much better than last year, and now I can look forward to the next. I also have to admit I enjoyed adding some mud to Rona's car

It wasn't that bad, noticed a particular white Celica leaving the caravan park as we were pulling in on Friday arvo, never saw it return

With lessons learnt from this year, I'm pretty sure next year we'll see two lanes running at once, allowing more runs throughout the day and even more smoothness to the running of the khana.

We might even try to fit in a 'shortened' go to woah if we can...

However I think we'll move the spectators back an extra metre or two from the 'narrow' lane in some places, as there was one 'hairy' (read heart in mouth) moment for the officials watching the Ute spinning very close to the spectators on a Double Hat run.
