...well after a sterling effort to try and get the '22 ready I am waving the white flag in defeat.......damn thing!....still refuses to run on anything more than 3 cylinders and i think a carbie issue is at fault........42 degree weather doesn't help and after my mechanic packed it in for the day I have no hope in getting it fixed or finished.......FUCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!.......so wanted to get to this...........oh well as they say in the classics.."shit happens".......have fun everyone and don't wait around for me at shoppo.

Don't give up! Pull the carbs off, dissassemble, clean and put back on! Throw in new plugs and points too. Can't you get RACV to tow you up and back.

From what i heard today was Eastlink and the Hume hwy were both closed today due to grass fires. My boss also rang me this arvo saying the cfa had princess hwy near labertouch closed for a little while aswell.
Its depressing for me to say i will not be able to make it tomorrow in the rolla, as i melted the diaphram on the bosch blow off valve, coming home from apollo bay australia day. Im still waiting for the new one to arrive still!!

From what l have heard tonight l don't think it will be on and if they think there is a chance of something catching alight they won't open hanging rock up.

On a another note friends have just lost there house at Kinglake, the house can be rebuilt but there were 2 race cars that got torched, a KE35 and a long nose TA22 both with 4AGE's and both went like stink. What a shame. And for people that might remember it was Andy Porters cars.
