mine was never broken, had a huge influx of spam which filled my in-box causing toymods emails (and everyone else's) to be bounced.
i would love to not get toymods e mails saying "someone has replied to the classic celica thread" but i cant seem to turn this off, i dont get e mails for any other thread, just this one and i would be happy if i didnt get them at all, fixing any future problems that a full in box may cause. can you tell me how to stop these??

Hi,

I will forward on your grievance to the technical people and see what can be done. It may be an issue with the archaic version of VBulletin we are using.... which is slated to be upgraded to the latest version once we bed down the few remaining issues of transferring the forums to the new Host.

It's not in your subscribed threads in your User CP??

Also it's in the Settings & Options - Edit Options - Messaging & Notification - Default Thread Subscription Mode

yea, all the options on my "subscribed threads" list are "no e mail"
in messaging and notification its set to "no notification"
i get no e mails from any other of my subscriptions, only "classic celica dedicated"

redone mine. ive not really had any issues with it actually and im surprised that there has been some from my account. i have had the same email for longer than this board has been around.

River, i have had the correct email addy for ages BUT for some reason it reverted to some ancient email addy ????????

Anyway i couldnt log on to change it or even see half the threads and i couldnt post AAAARRRHHHHGGGG.

Rod fixed it up for a me a few days ago so should all be sweet now.


Maybe its possible some of the people on the list had the same problem ?

hey all just having a read of this thread, in regards to vBulletin peculiarities in email delivery, I honestly don't have many answers as you may be aware I'm not a vBulletin nut.. but I'd be checking out my subscription statuses and perhaps 'resetting' them.

I'm anxious to get the upgrade rolled out as soon as I can.

sheepers - Have you tried going into the classic celica thread, clicking thread tools next to search this thread and clicking unsubscribe? (Assuming its an option)
