Sad to hear that Ross, RIP.
It saddens me to report the passing of Viper Nipplex (James Nicol). I am his Father Ross Nicol and I wanted to make this announcement on the forum that he loved and spent the bulk of his time posting on and reading. I know he got a lot of enjoyment from his association with you people and I thank you for that. James was a Toyota man through and through so I thought I should post this message here. Thanks Rod for making it possible. We will miss him and no doubt you people will too.
Kind Regards
Ross Nicol

I never saw a wild thing sorry for itself. A small bird will drop frozen dead from a bough without ever having felt sorry for itself. - D.H.Lawrence

OMG, WTF.
I just spoke to him the other day and he was helping out a pit crew in Calder!!!
WHAT?
OMG I can't believe this.
Thanks Ross, our thoughts go out to you and James' Mum and Sister. He will be missed by all.
Sorry I should have said James took his own life. He died in the drivers seat of his white Supra, poisoned by the exhaust from his Celica. He had a history with depression and we battled hard to try and bring him out of it. Sadly we failed.
Ross Nicol
Ross I commend your strength in being able to coherantly let people know about this in such a massively painful time.
Unfortunately the only opportunity I had to meet James was at the last Toyotafest but I was too messed up from sleep deprivation due to this addiction called Toyota's that I can't remember if I managed to track him down or not. It saddens me that I know now I will not have that opportunity in the future and highlights to me problems with my own priorities.
My condolences to yourself and your family.
Thank you Ross.
I wish you and your family all the best.
He will be missed.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the forums.
Ross,
I am so sorry. I am absolutely gutted.
I am so so sorry for your loss, I just spoke to him yesterday... and i don't know what to say.
I can't even begin to imagine how you and your family are feeling. You have my deepest sympathy. I already miss him.
Thats terrible, thanks for letting us know in such a hard time.
My condolences to yourself and your family.
I'm really sorry Ross. I don't know what to say other that, and than I'll miss him.
EDIT:
I don't even remember the first Toymods meet I met James at. We've spent a bit of time hanging out over the years. He was a top bloke, funny, friendly, helpful and just all around good company. All I can say is I wish I'd had more time to spend with him before he left us.
