There is a Koni yellow that will fit.
Its the same part number that fits RA23, RA40, AE86, etc.
I have been looking all over all the manufacturers’ catalogs for a better than standard offering for a replacement cartridge insert for my XT130 strut. Turns out in the Munroe catalog these cartridges are the same for RA28, RA40, RA60 as well as most other Corona's.
If you look at the Tokico catalog, the Celica GT/ST solid rear axle has the same part number as the Corolla AE86 GTS RWD. So going from the Koni catalog you could use a AE86 cartridge in a RA28/40/60 and in my XT130.
So, has anyone had any experience in using or comparing physically the cartridge insert from a AE86 to one of the Celica or Corona cartridge inserts? The Monroe list them as different part numbers but I’m not sure why (might be length or diameter, rating)???

I believe the AE86 is either 20mm or 40mm shorter than the RA23/28/40/60 unit, hence the different part number.
RA23
1G-GZE
The mr2 SW20 rear insert will fit with a tube to space the difference out! I think mine was about 20-30mm long!

Doesn't one of the corolla's have a shortened shock?? Or is that only in aftermarket configuration? If not, this would explain the shorter length *which is the same as the TA22 that is about an inch shorter than the XT130, RA28, ETC).
