but if i got jumper leads comin str8 from a car thats runnin it gives it full charge wont it

.not if the battery is farked man i have been there myself i have tried to jump my car wit a cactus batt and nothing it would just crank and thats it

maybe do wat GA70h_92 said to do wit alarm if not swap battery

put a charged battery in it before you do anything.

then check that all your fuses are intact and well seated.

then id say the alarm is suspect, although most are wired to not let the car crank at all.

new battery. if that doesn't solve anything, the wires going to the CPS or the ignitor could be dodgy. that was the problem with mine. i don't think it would be the alarm particularly, because it does crank, like elmo said.
