Interesting, the Ally pulley was 60mm peaks, and 58mm deep.

1mz pulley dia to crests of ridges is 65mm. compared to 1uz/1jz stock pulley dia (57mm) we've managed a 14% underdrive. it means i can try my 875mm belt again, tension will be better, surface area greater, load lower, and hopefully we'll have less slip issues...
