pretty sure its the switch were you press it and it locks the doors..like a anti hijack switch.
hey guys , for the life of me i cant remember what switch is located on the right had side on the steeringwheel below the Dash , ( i think it may be central locking control)
its been years since ive been in one , and im about to get another one

it is a central locking switch...
on the left is rear wipers and rear demister..
Research has shown child in front seat causes accidents, accident in back seat causes child
Unless yours had power windows in which case the central locking switch is located on the doors armrest in front of the window switches. If this is the case, the switch will just be a blank cover.

power windows in a rolla ? never knew they had that as an option
Series 2 sx's had them. Mines a 9/91 and its got all the power options.
