what kind of cooler did you install?

I have this trouble with my power steering pump all this while. This is the 3rd time my steering pump seal was changed. It fucked itself few times and i got fluids flicked all over my bonet and the nearby area.everytime i remove i will check for the shaft and the shaft doesnt show any worn symptoms. so i guess it should be the fluid heated up as i did quite a number of drifting session. so i installed a cooler...its ok for a while and recently its fucked again ... but this time is weired. when i drift, a lot of lock to lock and it leaks hell from the shaft again. and after it cool down, everything is normal. no more leakage.
few friends ran same setup as mine and face the same problem. issit because:-
1) my steering pump is 1jz and my steering rack is still using the corona tt141 original power steering rack
2) the fluid isnt cool enough
3) the pump is totalled
another thing i would like to take this opportunity to ask is , to do the 1.5j conversion, obviously a 2j bottom end is needed. however i couldnt source for the GTE version of 2j here.. only the GE version. can i still get them in and change their piston and get the same reliability as the normal 1.5j you guys did? thanks for any feedbacks.

id say your problem is excessive pressure from sitting on the "lock" too long.
maybe you can put a T piece in the pressure line with a 1mm hole to allow some pressure relief when you are on the "locks". plumb it back into the rack outlet or reservoir...
