unfortunatly its more then just the bushes.....the alternator was on FIRE....i dont think it liked the 7500rpm burnout i did in the driveway 2 seconds before hand

hopefully the 7m one will fit that i have here

i just threw in the 7m alt i have here, the alt is getting very hot quickly, and the car wont turn off via the ignition key....i had to put it in gear and stall teh motor?

WTF is going on.......off to the sparky tomoz morning!

im after a 1G alternator, ive got the 7m one here with the original 1g one, taking them both next door to the sparky to get them tested and see wtf is going on with them,

the price of the track day was set to cover expenses should we get just short of required numbers (25 being the optimum number)....as it turns out we are at 29 spots paid for. The day has 60 attending (29 with our group - Toymods/friends and 31 other randoms).

Given we got 29 for the day, i am now in a position to either refund everyone $10 or i can go and buy drinks, chips, snacks etc for everyone to come and take as they want throughout the day. I am more than happy to do the $10 refund, but was told by some they would rather have munchies and drinks throughout the day....or another suggestion??

So let me know which you prefer....general consensus here

Lunch is supplied by the guys running the day, but is just sandwiches, fruit, drink. I'm happy to get other stuff if you guys can suggest?

I suggest buying a couple of cases of water as not many people drink enough water at track days when concentration levels are high. Some nibblys are a good Idea for us finely tuned athletes!
