try looking at the TPS and the condition of your belts, also look at the A/C itself it may be that the belt is slipping or the clutch in the A/C is damaged so it's letting go and grabbing again, only a theory.
i have a gte and it's idling very strange. when the air cond is on, sometimes the rpm will increase and decrease rapidly and suddenly. this problem only occurs with the air cond on. any clue with whats wrong? iscv was cleaned but didnt solve anything

does the iscv clicks just once or a few times when the engine is off?
when in economy mode, mine will engage and disengage at certain incabin temperatures.... each time it engages or disengages the rpms drop a bit or increase a bit due to the load the compressor unit places on teh engine.Originally Posted by jzx90
