Yea good cruise, heaps more cars that expected..

As for the bbq thing, we were meant to b ending in the carpark near the river (cimema side)Wasn't planning on Burswood being so busy RC car meet etc, so I will take the blame for that as I requested it in the first place.

Other than that cheers to Damo as usual for his preparation time.

Oh and Mitch T hope everything is ok, after finally working out from the story I got told it woz you on the freeway....

Yep - that is me, Wanneroo, Toymods, RA nut, one in the same etc etc, have been around too many years to remember, anyway - home safe and sound, went and drowned my sorrows in a mate's pool and bar fridge for ther rest of the day - and will tackle the S/C belt tomorrow.

    cool

it's good to see ya still playing with the Celica's... I was very much into the KE's back then, but my ke30's sitting neglected on a mates property in clackline at the moment desperately needing a new shell and a clutch, and the 35 i picked up fairly late in my corolla obsession i sold once i picked up the jza-70, and it got written off about 2 months later :-(

oh well, i got handed the money for the 35 at motorvation, popped a diff in the jza about an hour later and after spending the night ripping the diff out and drowning my sorrows, handed over all the cash the next day to buy a second hand diff to chuck in the jza so i could keep on drivng :-) (that woulda been about... 2004... which was also the end of AFARCC's dominance in the club championship at MV.. bloody wrx's )

    Fil,
We must have met each other briefly at the AFARCC MC at Wanneroo then, as I remember the JZA having a run up there, and I said g'day.....and yes, it was 2004 because the WRX's were only just starting to have an 'impact' there....
    Cheers,
    Mitch.

Good to hear you got home alright Mitch, I tried to drive in the direction of the workshop the way you were going just to make sure there were no other issues Get that bearing and a new belt going so we can see this car in action

Sounds like everyone had a good cruise, and here was me stuck putting the Celica together, while the XX has...other...issues
