    Default 4AGE 20v ISCV

    Hey all,

I'm chasing how the 4AGE 20v ISCV works. From what I gather, it's a 3 wire stepper motor but the details around the net are a bit sketchy. Is anyone able to provide any info?

I've searched the forums, but 20v is hard to pinpoint because of the way the search drops short words.

    Cheers,
    Nathan

they bolt to the head, and to a pull-push action to control air flow via PWM... not stepper motor.

.... to make matters REALLY annoying, i'm lead to believe that they also restrict air flow as temperature rises with a bi-metallic valve (ie, are more open when at air temp), which is why they are bolted to the head.

Of course a 20V workshop manual would explain all
    ...... butt scratcher?!

Interesting. Some of the descriptions on the net call it a stepper. Are the blacktop and silvertop ones the same?

Do you just leave the bottom pipe ,which usually goes to intake pipe, unblocked to suck in air if you are using trumpets/stacks??? if u block it off while its running it just dies....
