BHG isnt a common issue on the 3S engines

and as for the head bolts... the most definitly ARE torque to yeild. doesnt mean you have to replace them every use (though most are cheap enough too) but you DO have to check they are still in spec. if youv had your on and off 5 times... they will definitely need replacing. they will have stretched and you wont be getting a correct torque on them
