Great re-cap River..... I laughed out loud with the rest of the office looking at me strangely....

I do apologize for not bringing PHOBIA along. A storm on the coast, right when I was due to leave, scared me.... I jumped on the BOM and watched it's movements until I finally made the decision to leave her in the shed.... I will say that after mother nature through all she had at us at about 6.50am, by about 8am it was all over and we only saw a few spots of rain for the rest of the day.

The photos look great and im glad a good day was had by all. I'll be there for the mega cruise and im looking forward to next year’s Toyota Fest already.

Unhappy Re: TOYOTA FEST 2008! - Sunday 5th October

I cant wait to see the pics in gallery i own the silver Ta22 celica wi th the fender mirrors next to Fonz and nearly every pic i took of my car turned out crap so i hope a good pic of my car goes on the gallery that i can use.

It was a great day and nice to see some classic Toyota's out there cant wait for next year but sadly i will be selling my celica

One thing I will point out is that I suspect the market for MS51's may have taken a fairly significant leap forward after the weekend. I was actually starting to get a little uncomfortable about the amount of pics being taken of it at times but I guess the mods I chose were never going to turn it into a stealth mobile.

It was good fun to educate a few people on the joys of the Crownies, I was surprised how many people never knew about the coupes though.

I was actually more surprised to see the utes there, probably because I knew of several Sydney members with coupes and it would be a given that they'd attend.

A great day was had by myself, I just wish that that stupid cafe had opened at 9:30 like they're supposed to instead of 12:00 (lazy bastards), and that I'd said no to being a judge... Damn judging took up most of my time there, and I found it difficult as all shit!

So is there going to be a Top Sedan next year? Would give me more incentive to clean up the AE102 and do some serious work on it.

Hey Chief if you can send me some pics would love to see them

Thats the third time my second wife (celica) has been out since being registed and what a difference there is between Fonz celica and my one , his beast looks like it belongs in the mad max movie or some sort of crazy jap driff racing movie. We went out for a cruise after the grand final on the toy fest day. We went to Liverpool Krispy Kremes and got alot of attention between both our cars ...mild and wild.... Classic toyotas always attract a crowd.
We had a little play race and fonz 's beast looked like it was about to eat the back of my car when he gave it stick

i think thats an understatement on fonnzy's celica... that things japped out hard.. none the less very neat.. love those wheels though, very tuff in a jap way

dont worry fonz.. your car is "original"
