    yep thats me.
Its seems to cope ok, the twin thermos do the job nicely. Yeah they're JZA70 seats, the drivers is electric which is fun to play with. The interior is a work in progress, want to get it running perfect before the inside gets more love.

    Absolutely awesome day.

Despite coming home to find the daily had been in an accident (no one seriously injured but the Verada has some sick camber and toe on the front right at the moment)

    Hi,

I don't think Thomas polished his car enough! I saw the "viperish nippled one" polish his car all day and stopped only when it was time to go home!

Not only were all the vehicles fantastic, I was also impressed by the female talent in attendance. Keanu's chick was lovely, as too Poida's lady... and the babe from WA who owns a purple RA28.

I think we should get more females involved and have a Chicks Trophy.

I had a pretty good time considering how short my stay was. I started the 10 hour drive on Friday at midnight, here's the tally of the "stay-awake" formula I required:

That also doesn't take into account the numerous coffees and sugary crap I had to keep the eyelids from getting heavy... However! Unfortunately for a brief moment they did. I micro-slept on the Hume Hwy on the way back. In the first blink I was driving in the left hand lane, then in the next I hear a noise and i've managed to not only merge into the right hand lane, but go beyond it into the grass in the middle!! Luckily I managed to pull it out even with a four wheel slide, my life flashed before my eyes afterwards, so freaking scary.

But made it home safely. With a bit of a shitty arse twist too. I started to depart from somewhere in the city to head home, I used my phone(GPS) to get me to where I needed to go, because I don't have a clue how or where the entry/exit is for Melbourne. It doesn't seem to be well documented on the local signage atleast. So I start driving and before you know it my phone dies... just great, get out the charger.. and wait for it... yep, the ciggy socket is dead, fuse is fine, but must be disconnected. I was screwed. I didn't have anyone to call and I didn't know which way was out. So I thought it couldn't be that hard, after about 3 hours of driving to Parramatta and Five Ways? or atleast a whole bunch of different places in different directions, and taking the freakin harbour bridge like 5 times, I gave up. I started to ask randoms on the street if they knew how to get back to Melbourne.

First guy was a taxi driver, he asked me the dumbest questions, for example "Do you have a friend with you who knows where you are going" or "Do you have a street directory?" Of course I don't have a fucking street directory. I don't bloody live here, i'm from Victoria ya nut! Anyway... he eventually said the easiest way was to head towards the airport and look out for the M5. Right.. off I go. Following all the airport signs, and then... shit. Nothing much around. So stupid tired old me thinks i'll try going south. Managed to get lost in china town or something. Some nice, and rather attractive woman (blonde) in a Merc wound down her window whilst at the lights and said I look just like Justin Timberlake, and I am bringing sexy back... I am bringing back, but anyway.. she said look for the eastern distribution or something. I gave up, I was ripping my hair out. I had spent so much time and petrol and I was surely going around in circles. I bought a bloody street directory... and guess what, I couldn't friggin figure out where the M5 was in it! I was really lost. I pulled over and just happened to find someone who was willing to help me fortunately. He also mentioned I was parked in what's possibly the worst neighbourhood in Sydney, I think I was in Surry Hills or Redfern? But yeah, bloody good help, and I actually wasn't far away from where I was supposed to go!! So sorted. After four hard long hours of panic, worrying that i'd never get out of the City, I was homeward bound.

Anyone interested in a hardly used '09 Sydney UBD?

Did you read it all? Or still hungover from last night?

At least you made it home with only a few green ornaments rather than anything brown or grey.

And you know better for next time, Sydney is the worst place to get lost!
