How to measure flywheel

Hey all. Need a hand with measuring the diameter of flywheel on a 4age. Basically, where do you take the measurement that it will correspond with 200, 212 or 225mm? I tried searching, but it was not a lot of help.

its the od of where the clutch disk runs on the flywheel.

generally they are stepped so it should make it easy to see.
