will 7MGE ECU return error if FP line not connected?

just working out the last inter-connect wires for the 7MGE (is ex-MA70 manual engine and is going into the white barge).

the FP pin (when pulled low) just makes the FP run slower - if i don't connect it, will the ECU throw an error?

power to the FP comes from the Circuit Opening relay so the ECU simply slows the pump down at low revs/load.

I'd love to test it, but am wiring car up from scratch so no ECU power available yet.

I've never heard of it throwing an error. And very very few people hook them up in a conversion.
