I have only ever seen one 16 valve head for the 2TG. RARE as rocking horse shit. The owner would not even put a price on it.

    cheers Chuck.

    Hey Man,

If you look here, you'll find 152E (based loosely on the 18RG) engines for sale.

They're "only" 8500-9500USD, so how much is your new born worth?

If you fitted one, I think it would be safe to that you'd be the only person in Australia to have one.

Unfortunately I just don't think they are money well spent.

I went to post the Toysport link before, but I couldn't find the engines page because the home page doesn't have any links off it as they're building a new site... (I think they've been building it for a long time now...)

I have a hard time believing a 16v 2T-G would perform any better than a 4A-GE which can be bought easily and is many times cheaper.

    And I concur.

Any difference I can imagine would be that the aforementioned uber-exxy engines are probably balanced to 10,000 rpm and have tasty cams to match.

Not difficult to do to a 4A though...

    TwentyEight,
The ToySport site has been down for maintenance a while now. I was looking for it when I came over here to see if I could pick up some hi-comp RG forgies. But minutes before I ordered some I had a reality check and realised I'd only be buying them cos they were cheap... not because I needed them. And I've REALLY gotta stop doing that!
So if you need it again, just google "toysport forged pistons", or "toysport technical". Not just "toysport"

Your obviously not comparing the 151E to a stock 4A-GE then...

The 151E had about 170kw off the top of my head...

I'm not sure what the displacement was, but alot of power to me is the 152E with 246kw! (300hp)
