Can we confrim that the catagories wont change when we get out there even if there is only one entrant? Otherwise it doesn't give any incentive to some of the smaller catagories?

mmmm, seems the map from the Dubbo Tourist Center is wrong when compared to the same location on Where Is. Apex Oval is along the Mitchell Hwy one block before the Orana Shopping Centre.

What is the go with people pulling out because of no drags. You can go to Eastern Creek or similar event every Wed night and also to the freaky Friday's monthly. If you all are so interested in drags, why was Hypo23 the only one that showed up last Friday with support from Ibs, stew and Myself (that i know off) .

Give the Motorkhana a go, Its not like you get a chance to do one every day. Hell, who knows you might actually like it once you have a crack!!! It will test more than just straight line speed, you don't have to be great, just have fun. I'm 'keen as' to have a lash.

The Toyota Nat's as far as I'm concerned isn't just about drags, Most of the good stuff is meeting with the other guys and girls on here, swap notes, purve on your rides and have a bit of a carry on. There will be a few smaller things going on as well to keep you entertained.

I know that drags have been fun, but circumstances that are out of anyone here's control as stated earlier will mean it prob will not happen again. Instead of just having a bit of a bitch, Why don't those disgruntled people put there hand up and offer to help, even if it just constructive feedback/options. I mean there are really only two main guys here that organise this whole shin-dig, in between running their business, family life etc. I think they deserve a thumbs up for what they have done so far and hopefully will to for time to come.

Well sorry for the rant. it is ending now.

I have got the engine running, now to doing a few tidy ups and looking forward to seeing you guys out there for some good times.

+1 what he ^^^ said! I hardly see how the running of the drags should "make or break" the Nationals. Really it's the people that make the event, and I for one am looking forward to a great weekend regardless of what's on.
    Cheers,
    Paul.
