The MR2 club have now got better things to do so won't be going to the Nationals. They had 20 rooms booked at the Homestead. The contact there is Jenny and number is 6882 4944.

Steve, see if we can get 2 rooms for the same price! Then you don't have to worry about looking good after a bottle of beam

i will be cancelling my room on monday if someone wants it let me know and i will give them your number/details or something?

cant really justify the cost of petrol + accomodation for just a show n shine.

i know there is 'supposed' to be a motorkana but id rather save my money for drags, will prolly try for easternats instead then i can visit my family too.

hopefully this drag thing will be sorted out by next year.

Firstly, Motorkhana is confirmed as far the location is booked and the Toyota Car Club.net is ready to roll. All they are waiting on CAMS confirmation and there is no reason to think it won't be given.

Secondly, don't hold your breath for drags to return to the Toyota Nationals. The reality is that drags will probably never again be part of the event structure. DCCC is pushing ahead with the use of Narromine airport and that rules out it's use over Easter due to the annual airshow.

    lol @ tool award.

shame about the drags, looks like toyotafest will be the event to look foward too from now on, unless there is some more events to make the nationals more appealing for us long distance people.
