cool, and thanks for all the reply's, like i said i just wanted the facts.

its not for me, its for a JDM DC2R B18C with a 62mm TB from factory.

If you're not prepared to tune the honda straight away. Don't touch anything on it.

Exhaust change will = power loss without a retune.

Even with a full tune, only around 2 KW more can be extracted from a Honda.

if i give you a bigger better straw, will you drink your can of coke faster and faster, or will you just drink it at a rate to which you can swallow to keep up

the straw is not the problem if you cant swallow the stuff, doesnt matter how damn good the straw is.

LOL this is a brilliant way of putting it.

as has been stated check if there is vacuum in the intake mani at the cars peak HP if so an upgrade is needed if not move onto other things,
with NA stuff decent cams and well designed extractors are generally the key areas for improvement.
