I'd be reasonably confident in using that.

    Thanks Laurie.

Hoping it is good, I have a track day very soon.
Will let you know how it goes.

    Hey guys,

forgot to fill you in (like Craig David)
Diff went AWESOME on the track, not 1 issue with it spinning both rears ALL NIGHT!
even this morning on my way to work it is still hella tight hey! still feels like the 1st day
    I put it in there!

Problem now is, I find my misfiring 1G-GTE does not have the ponies required to hold
big 3rd gear drifts spinning both back wheels for extended periods of time, as 3rd really
starts to bog down, even with the accellerator all the way to the boards!!
What I wouldn't have given for a 1J....I have some vids on youtube, just need to link em
    here.

But now I think my box is stuffed. makes this slight whirring noise accellerating in 2nd.
This and the fact that I pulled a whole tooth out of the box on last oil change...every other
gear is fine, and no noises cept for 2nd??

Anyways, thanks again for all your help.
I would thoroughly reccomend one of these diffs to anyone who wants to drift.
They are tough, and let Z20s and MX83's (my mate just bought one too) do great skids.

    Cheers,
    Bart

But it means now I have a tomei 2-way in and skids ahoy!
Did the figure 8's run in on the shitty LSX90 and fuck it was a harsh clunky peice of shit. Swapped in some penrite 85-140 and that shut it up good. Not totally silent like stock diff but at least its not creeeeaaaakk clunkclunkclunkclunk POP! like with the old oil.

    Four thumbs up!

p.s. PM me for tomei diffs and other products.
