    I know there was a problem with the 'Southern Cross Cable' between Australia and the western coast of the states and I know it affected a few sites from several ISPs. I don't know where Toymods is hosted though

    (I'm talking about not accessing the site AT ALL. But I did see this morning it was up but forums were 'down for maintenance')
