There should be 2 of those rod things on each end of the sway bar. They will go up to your chassis I think. The polyurethane bushes will have clamp things that will bolt the sway bar to the diff which looks like those 2 clamp things.
Sorry about all the technical terms

the sway bar linjk rods should bolt to the upper trailing arm mounts, where they they bolt to the body, and yes you need 2, one for each side of the bar,

should all this be happening under the diff, as in closer to the ground, or further from from the ground ie above the diff?

    Yup as Rob has it.

The bushes and shackles you have should be attached to the diff housing.

The big bend in the midle of the bar goes around the back of the diff.

The eyes at either end of the bar both need to have the link rods that Blake mentioned. One end of the link rod attaches to the bar and the other end attaches to the chassis of the car. As the early celicas never had an anti-roll bar standard, you will need to get creative here. What most people do is to use a short length of really thick steel angle bolted or welded to the chassis rail. This will give you a flange to attach the other end of the link rods to. See if rob or someone else can take a photo of how his is done for you.

There is another type of bar that just attaches to the diff lower trailing arms but this is quite obviously different when you see them installed. Yours will go on the same as robs does.

If still unsure, go to your local wrecking yard and look at a later celica. I think the RA60īs and maybe the later live axle coronas have them standard and bolt in the same as yours.

    Hope this helps.

Oh and any suspension shop and I would think most parts shops should be able to provide the link rods and bushes for you at a reasonable price. Probably worth replacing them if they are looking bad.
