to use ST tensioner on BT you need the oil pump
NEVER forget to change the BT tensioner when changing belt.

The plug on the frotn left hand side of the head just left of the exhaust manifold, get a wire off your battery postive and connect it to both wires on the solinod, the rattle shoudl stop.

well i would do cam and crank seals as well.
and water pump if it hasnt beem done recently.

yes, the Toda inlet cam gear fixes the rattle, but you lose the VVT functionality with the Toda gear.

but u should gain wif the new cams or just buy the stock ones wif the vvt
