    IMO a thick coating of paint over the fins could cause a noticeable difference. I suggest a light dusting of paint.

    Doesnt seem to have affected my lexus too much, although it isnt coated thickly
    Project megap00 - Gave up and sold up. Money tree died

    Heck I sprayed my heat exchanger for my W2A btu i did it as soon as i got it, so i have no idea if it affected the water temp.
