TA22 Boy,
Check you fuel pressure (this may result in over fuelling). Best way to do this I find is with a tyre pressure gauge and a t piece bassicall butting the gauge in line with the fuel rail on the fuel inlet side (sounds dodgy but it is cheap to do ~$10 as opposed to $100 for a proper gauge. It works I have done it.
Also disconect the cold start injector this may cause over fuelling. If you disconect the cold start injector plug mid way underneath the plenum then if this was causing a problem you should notice a difference.
Check all vacum pipes on the intake are connected and not leaking also need to check the function of the idle solnod thing that connects between throttle body and plenum. You could simply block both these connection off and see if it improves your problem.
I run mine without cold start and idlevalve (blocked off) but as mine is not driven daily it doesn't worry me.
Also let me know what ignition module and coil you are using.

hey roger,
thanks for the tips, but all of that has been checked as previously said. The issue is in the wiring we are sure of now, so unfortunately i need it re-done.....and im using the standard igniter and coils....
Cheers
