What engine and hp ?
I would love to see the fuel setup that people have in there ke30's because i am convinced that the return line to the tank is way to small to be used in a decent fuel system.
Thanks to old rolla's feedback too(i'll try what you advised after i get some feed back here too).
I'm not concerned about the supply line, just the return line. By the way, i have a bosch o44 pump, a facet lift pump and surge tank, with new 3/8 fuel lines.
cheers

On my ke30, We run a new 8mm steel line from fuel pump to fuel reg.
Original feed line is now the return line and the original return line is a breather.
The original breather is no longer used.
Sorry it has a SR20de+t, power wise i not aiming for huge numbers but i'll wait and see when i get it to the tuner, whatever he recommneds is the safest tune for the high comp.
ah, so that breather isnt really a necessity. if thats the case i'll do the same, and did you just block of the original return line inlet.
I run a 8mm return too. It seems to be fine with the two bosch supply pumps.

i think there is a bit of confusion, im also running new return line, ive got 3/8 which is believe is 9.8mm, what i'm worried about is once the fuel is making its way back from the fuel rail and back to the surge tank, any overflow goes back to the tank, the return line in the tank is tiny, should i get that replaced.
You should run the same size line .
Ie if the return is 8mm or 3/8 in your case the line from the surge tank to the fuel tank should be 3/8 too.

thanks for the feedback guys, i guess i'll have to pull the tank apart and take it to some to weld up a fitting for me.
cheers
