Correct. Which makes the AE92 conversion possible.

    How about the DBA759... It's already 275mm x 25mm and is 4 x 100 with a 55mm centre hole...

Should be fine so long as they are all accurately slotted.
I gave the machinist an existing pair of "off the shelf" slotted rotors from another vehicle and asked him to copy the grooves.

If you continue to have difficulties with chasing the rotors maybe better to upgrade existing parts. Have you considered just getting better pads etc?

Yea, but I got the superstruts on the 101 Levin, I'm not doing the upgrade. I just want slotted disks without paying the Toyota tax.

your easiest source of slotted discs to suit your AE101 GTZ with 275mm discs, is to buy the ST185 DBA slotted discs, take them to Craig at Extreme Custom Engineering on Meadow Avenue at Coopers Plains and get him to reduce the diameter by 3mm and redrill them to 4x100.

I realise this, but if you read the thread it kinda indicates that you cant buy the original discs here in australia - you have to buy the DBA743 discs and have them redrilled and machined to suit.

Hence why i pointed you in the direction of that thread.

    You should've listened to JP

I simply had them machined then eventually got slots machined on them. Though i still havent fitted them to my wagon as of yet I think i got them for around $30 or so. All up with having them machined and slotted would be around the $80-$90 mark for the pair.

I measured them up and taking in to account i had them machined etc. i got:
    Diameter: 258mm
    Height: 47mm
    Thickness: 22mm

Would these ones be suitable for what TERRA Operative is after?

Because if they are, then the AE93 disc DBA 708 are 258mm x 22mm have a height of 48mm and a 54mm centre hole and comes in the Slotted version...
