ReQuieM ,, the skins are the premium leather upgrade set from Leatherseats.com . 100% Leather Both headrest zippers broke on the first attempt but other than that the install went smooth . Alll skins are precut and reinforced for seat release knobs in the rear and the seat adjustment dial on the drivers seat .All sections come with nylon cord built in to attach the hog rings to, thats something the other company doesn't do . NAL also made a seat skin for us but the quality is in question. Lots of mistakes and not a good fit. That might be the ones on ebay ..

Time for another update

I just recieved a fresh HKS T3G kit from japan WAAHOOOO !!! I couldn't resist for the price . Go Single or get a super rare stealth upgrade for less money,, well I went for the twins LOL.. I had my 440s cleaned and flow tested and 1 needed to be replaced so I said enough of that and will go with new Sard 550's . I'm hoping with the cams and fuel I can reach the 300kw mark . I've seen some dyno graphs from soarers in Aus with this kit that hit that mark at 18- 20 psi so I hope they can produce the same results with my setup. Any advise or experiance with these turbos would be very helpful. I appreciate the wealth of knowledge here and would love to hear anything you know about the kit .

Where does the time go ?? Winter is finally over so it's time for another update from the boosted igloo

HKS T3G kit installed
Sard 650's installed
Safc maxed, still too rich ,,,waiting for an Emanage Ultimate ( 380's back in @13psi)
AEM meth kit installed ( i had to do something ,,91 octane is the best I can get )
usdm 2J cams installing tomorrow
Titan adj cam gears tomorrow
KYB AGX installed
Dobi's not installed
whiteline adj bars not installed
Wilwood calipers still waiting on the rest of the BBK

My plan is to get the emanage up and running asap and put the 650's back in. I'm not looking for a race car but I do want a scary streeter . The car feels much stronger with the new turbos and the meth. Even at 13psi it's a dramatic improvement with minimal difference in lag time. I want the 650's in before I touch the ebc again . Better safe than sorry !

I took the afternoon off and installed the 2J cams the the Titan gears . I was surprised at how well it idled on first start up. A bit of foolin with the safc and back to normal idle . Nice !




The mailman showed up with my Emanage this mornin ..... was a good day all the way around LOL . Time to get the 650's in and turn up the boost ,,,,well after some wiring fun

I just got back from the big road trip,, 4991.4 km's. Car is tuned and running smooth as silk . The new upgrades worked out great and produced the results I was hoping for . I''m probably talking to myself here but i'll post the results anyway

question : Have you ever seen a ProfecB fail ? Mine appears to have been causing all my boost issues since first startup . I've been having trouble keeping a constant boost since I first talked to you about the ebc. On the dyno this revealed itself as it kept going back to stock boost. Not all the time just every few runs. Very strange and inconsistant ! We checked all connections and tested for Voltage. No V drop or broken wires ,,,i'm wondering if the solenoid might have failed ? I don't want to waste money on a new one if the main unit itself is flaulty . Can they be tested ? I'm using a manual controller for now but I would like to go back to the EBC. Any ideas on how to test the solenoid ?

I have never heard of one failing but doesn't mean it doesn't happen. I am sorry but I can't really think of how you could diagnose what is at fault? Tough question! Maybe make a new thread for it?
