High Idle - 7M Junk

In the morning, it idles at about 1200. Once it reaches normal temp, it goes up to 1400.

I'm gonna try and clean the TB and ICV tomorrow but could a temp sensor be stuffed?

Well you refer to it as junk so just throw it out then .

clean iscv good and proper, reset ecu, start.
Then look for the vaccum leaks you have.

The TPS has to be setup correctly for the ISCV to work.
