I like the idea too, and will be happy to help police it as part of the tech sections.
P.S. hows those other sections coming along?
hmm very true

...... butt scratcher?!
I think being able to reply would be ok. Set it out clearly in the first post that results only. Got a question PM the person. I think the majority of people could see this and abide by it. If someone asks a question, delete post no questions askedI think it would be easier if they were all in one thread personally.
FYI the other site is SAU and if skyline owners can work it out I would like to think that Toyota guys can!![]()
I got a phone call the other night from someone who wanted to know why they couldn't post an ad in the for sale section. To which I asked him if he meant the section called classifieds posting in this section is restricted please read the rules, and his reply was yes.
Forgive me but I tend to have a slightly different opinion of how things work and what people can figure out for themselves.
I think keeping it as basically a library of configurations would be the best way to do it, otherwise it ends up like the Quickest 1J's thread you run, mostly random discussion.
yeah, your probably rightWell if you guys could set up the subsection that would be awesome. I am sure we will get a lot of info in there. I think it would be good if there was a standard for thread titles to make it easier for searching.
maybe......... basing it all on car chassis???? So dyno runs in xE86... xE92... xXE10... xX73..... xT18x.... you get the idea... that way one variable... common drivetrain lay out is kind of taken out of the equation... Less argument as to fwd/rwd drivetrain power loss.........
Information is POWER... learn the facts!!
But the issues is that I don't really care or have any comparison whatsoever to a shitfire powered coronaHave a lot more in common with soarer/supra guys. I am sure others with engine conversions feel the same.
So is this going ahead?

244rwkw / 328hp @ 18psi
this is an excellent idea. always good to see what power people are running and how they got it. just would have to keep all the chat out of it
bog stock z20 soarer
Roger off these forums has already made an NA engine dyno charts with setups thread.
But I def like the idea of a listing of setups with dyno charts for particular motors, with no comments in between, purely a database...
Assumption is the mother of all f**kups...
Yeah sorry guys. I let this one slip. I'll get it nutted out at the board meeting next Tuesday and either get back to you here or create the new section.
Thanks mate![]()
-Engine: 1JZGTE

-Power - 325.5hp@18psi (max power run not on dyno sheet, but was achieved)
Easy![]()
lol a few people a bit too keen.
good idea chris however its pretty annoying when people start comparing graphs and then the whinging starts because someone made more power with less mods and its just cause it was a different dyno...
