Has anyone modified a standard 20v silvertop ecu?

The engine has never been on a dyno or had the mixtures checked but I will be playing with it soon so it will be interesting to see what I can achieve.

if you keep an eye out on ebay there are some factory modafied ones with
higher redline and different timing was one on trademe befor sound like it could be just
what you need

I heard that if you don't have the speed signal from the speedo the ECU will give a lower rev limit. Racing a 20 valve, you would want the rev limit up around 8200rpm I guess.

Once I get to modifying my 20 valve, the first thing I want is very big cams and adjustable cam gears. The rest is fine tuning. But only after a fully programable computer of course.
