Who wired this up? Looks well dodgy. COR would have been easier if anything
Maybe this was telling you its bad mmkay.
The original way you had it wired up made the fuel pump run under all conditions as long as ignition is on? Even when the cars on its roof and the fuel line is cut and its a blazing alight?
Or am i missing something?

Look, i know its dodgy, hence trying to fix it.. the reality was that i needed a car or else i would miss a lot of uni and work, as i also tutor a class at uni, i would have probably lost my contract if i missed a class..
I needed a car, now i got one running, now that i have a little more time i can try to fix it..

what ign fue it is
there is an efi fuse?
run pump straight of battery thru a switch temporarily and see if it still blows fuses
if it does then yr engine wiring is fukt
hehehehe
you also might have bad power to the injectors/coil system and overlaoding the wires
another thing is is there any tight wiring
maybe ubder load the engine torques one way pulling on tight wiring and shorting it out
seen it done many times by backyarders
tell me exactyly what fuse is blowing and il tell u what it runs if it was wired corectly
u should never have to run 2 or more relays for a single fuel pump

Run a wire from the FPR output of the ECU to the circuit opening relay, and replug in the factory wiring.
Now, check what wiring the injectors are getting their +12V from.

i triggered my fuel pump relay from the AFM open wire.
hello
I think thats what I did in the end, and I replicated that with my Adaptronic.

ok so dont power injectors from ignition?
ive got power into AM2 and out to INJ on IG2 ... nothing else on IGZ wire though.... will this do? Or do i need fused power from battery and use IG2 to trigger a relay?

I can't remember, mine is wired up however my factory wiring is![]()

1G std wiring shows IG2 straight to injectors through F1 connector. No fuse no relay.Earths get cycled via ecu.
Edit: what would 1 estimate as the injectors AMP draw?

In that case, I found the wiring that did that at my ECU and wired it up appropriately.

ok, its nothing to do with fuel pump.. i rewired it last night and it still blows fuses..
for the record its the IGN fuse in the internal fuse box.
MORE INFO..
Fuse blew last night again, i waited a bit and tried a few more fuses, all blew, i noticed that my little green light in the interior stays on all the time, no matter if doors closed or open, keys in or out.. This runs off the DOME fuse in the interior fuse box.
Furthermore i have had issues with my headlights for a while, they were not touched during the conversion, but they seemed to stop working after.. After the drama last night as i was looking for fuses, i looked at one of the headlight fuses and it was blown. I noticed that the IGN fuse was still in tact but the car wouldnt start...
As soon as i replaced the headlight fuse, tried to start the car and all was good..
WTF?? what car be running from the headlight? We didnt touch the fuse box or anything around there?

HAHAHA You have one fucked up wiring job going on. Maybe take it to some who will and can fix it properly. Not saying Elmo cant but thats sounds really fked.
