Quad throttle injector options

what is the diameter of each of those throttles?

40mm from memory

yeah they are 40mm

the exit of the port from the throttle body is only 38mm though (tapers) - and the entry is ~42mm

oh and the port spacing is 74mm off the top of my head if anyone wants to know

what size are the bike injectors pictured??

i would be hooking them up they are all there with rail and everything but TRUST ME you wont be able to pick the difference between running those ones or the ones in the head, they will both work perfectly, gaurintee if you tested both positions back to back there would be less than a couple kw difference and no real measurable difference in economy

the biggest factor will be the length of your trumpets, PLAY WITH THIS and experimment as you will pick up awsome gains with the right length, generally aim for at least 12 - 15 inches from the valve, trust me top end wont be lost but you will pick up awsome mid range

the CBR600 injectors there are only about 200cc (about the same as the stocko toyota ones)

the CBR runs another set in the airbox pointing down the stacks

i have run a lot of different runner lengths through engine analyzer pro and come up with something good (according to EAP).....but i will need to get some stacks custom made with a 60-90 degree bend in em to fit between the head and firewall....so i am just going to start off with some shorter off the shelf straight ones which fit and change em later on
