Now now Joey, being the responsible drivers we are, all 30 of us are going to pull over and wave any old lady, learner or truck driver through..

How fast are these people gonna be going if they are trying to overtake us?

Thats probably due to the hole in the foot well you have to cut so you can fit in which gives you the added option of adding some Flintstones powah
    Time to revive the 28.

If you put a set of grandma style "house-carpet" floor mats in an old 1.1 Suzuki Swift they can cut out some mean numbers. Anything around the dash, like beads or ornaments usually will get you around 10-15 more HP.

Don't be fooled by their age, some old people are quick!

Yer took it down to the mechanic, turns out the throttle shaft is loose on the cyl 3 4 carb, so its running like a pig. Idles all over the place, and it seems to be running quite hot, But im not really sure if thats to do with the tune or whether its just a hot engine. But its sitting above 90-95 which is a lot higher than the 80 the old engine sat at. So now im waiting for my mechanic to let me know when he can sort out the carbies with some guy he knows.

Any ideas or info would be great.

Was that question directed at me or someone else to answer for me? I took the liberty of talking in 3rd person to cover both bases.

Slim is taking the Cressida if it's raining and the mini if it's dry.
