Too many options. I think i will have to sleep on it.
Thats sweet ive seen the celica in vids and i like it. Is Wombat building you a new engine?
at least if not running right you have the option being you live close to the route.
If i have anything go wrong i have to get my car back to frankston. Expensive tow!!
it will be good to catch up with the guys i met on the last run.

Nah nothing like that. It's just we havn't done a run together for a while, as his little machine has been of the road. The Celica is all good to go its just parked behind our other cars and and I'm lazy.

Rinmax I think we can work something out.

yes my lil corolla is back on the road again so it will make the outing, even thought it needs new shocks. but the list of things to do keeps grow so I better use it anyway

be good to have a cruise again with everyone, been so long since i've been on one

Well, after taking the '82 on the last (?) one of these events I might have to tag along again... only this time I will do the whole thing!

Have made a few changes to the Rolla since then so it will be a fair bit of fun!

Just put all the info for this cruise in the TCCA mag. Hopefully a few will turn up.

Theresa may now be coming along with her new car... (I'm assuming this would be welcomed)

Phyro's In, and now in third person too!!

Rin, take the corti, I wanna see how that thing goes - none of this z30 business

The HKS coilovers need a decent run, and this way I can
    a) point at Eddie and Simon if something goes wrong (like my right rear wheel boys eh?)
    b) point at Marcus if something goes wrong and scream 'This wouldnae happened had ye been their laddies'*

Might even get a chance to get somethign done about that balljoint before heading out.

Work has the potential to ruin this idea though.

*yes, I realise if anything was going to bollocks up it would have by now, it's all good guys

The Cortina is not road ready yet and is still a bit off.

The more I think of bringing the Celica to the start the more it make sense. I'm sure someone will convince me at the Go-Kart day to bring it instead of the Soarer.

TCCA only dragged along 2 last year and that includes me. Hopefully we can get a few more than that this time.

Just a quick question on the route. Are we planning on going up Chum Creek Road again or Myers Creek Road for a change? Both end up in the same spot, but I think that Myers makes for a better "uphill" run. Only real differeance to the route would be a 2 min trip thorugh Healesville main street. Just a suggestion.

Ok i was all set to go, had the 28 running nicely and was thinking of taking it down to get pro tuned a couple of days before the run. Put the newly acquired gbox in on Sunday, full fluid change on Tuesday as well as finally installing my front speakers and new tweeters. Finally took her for a run yesterday and it was smooth sailing around the city and also most of the way upto Bendigo.

Having your clutch slip from 4k to 6.5k all of a sudden whilst over taking a truck just before the lane ends can be a little scary. I nursed it into bendigo and watched as it dumped half a litre of oil out the front of the bellhousing. Goodbye front gbox seal.

I just hope i can get the gbox repaired before the 20th.
    Time to revive the 28.
