From the top of my head:
    1) Rubber fork boot - use whatever fits, depends on the design of the bellhousing. You can always pull out the die grinder and make whatever you have fit.

    2) Thrust bearing - I can't remember right now, but I tried SA63 and GZ20, one worked. The bearing support thing was different between them so they had a different overall "length" I seem to remember.

    3) Clips - SA63. But I'm sure any W5* clips will work

    4) Slave - Again depends on the bellhousing. I use a mid 80s Liteace, which needed a new pushrod and spacing out from the bellhousing, but had the right mounting, shape and bore size. A trip to a good brake/clutch place with your box and bellhousing should sort this out though. They loved me when I heaved a W58 onto their counter.

    5) Tailshaft - Custom I assume. You can use the front yoke from any W5* box and get it put onto any shaft you like. I also just heard that an RA40 front half suits W58 into AE86 with T series rear end, so you may be lucky with something similar too. A trip to the wreckers will help there.

    6) GB crossmember - Custom again. Unless there is some rare factory frankenstein creation that happens to suit a W58 into a KE55.

Where to get it all? A friendly wrecker for the clips/boot/etc. Go new on the clutch slave, they cost SFA anyway.

I need a working 4AGE bottom end. Pref smallport GZE, but all others considered. Also complete motors.
Drift Volvo. Was fun. 2JZ next time.

im in the boat as you.
im making a custom x member
i also need the uni that goes into a w series box
i was lucky enough to get the fork, rubber boot, bearing and those clips that hold the bearing.

its also got the slave on it, but then i dont think its a 1G bell housing so the slave may be different.

i picked up the uni from pick n payless for 30 dollars. Just look on the build plate for the use of gearboxes such as w57 and w58 from the celica/supras. And unbolt the first half from the tailshaft as they are two piece. You may even find some in their boots as i threw one in there when i was looking for mine.

for the x-member - have a look at auto ke**- often the auto cars used the same mount etc as the w series box (ie auto ae86 has correct x-member for w series box) however this will also be dependant on length of bellhousing

otherwise i typically use an ra40/60 xmember * rebox/weld/drill to suit

Well just to close this thread off.

We made up a custom crossmember. Its getting the test now on how strong it is.

I used a late model hilux throwout fork with standard w55/7/8 bearing and carrier. With a t18 slave cylinder without spacers. Just the rod isnt exactly perfectly pushing straight. On a slight angle. But it works!
