Not that I know of.
I am currently making a set of custom mounts to put a 4age into my KE30. Not really hard to do.
What I did was, get a set of engine mount rubbers that you think will be suitable. I'm using Ford Escort engine mount rubbers. This is them.
You could also use TA22 celica ones. Basically you want one that has a mounting stud out of each side of the rubber.
Next I made up some cardboard patterns of the pieces that bolt to the block and to the mount. Got them cut out in steel. Bolted them up. Made sure the engine was sitting in the right spot and made cardboard patterns of the pieces to join the block plate to the mount plate. Got these cut out in steel, checked them for fit and tack welded them together. Then pulled them off the car to get the final welding done.
Here's a couple of pics of the passenger side mount tacked together so you get an idea.
Even if you don't have access to metal working gear you could make the mounts out of cardboard and take it somewhere to be made out of steel.
Hope this helps.
