I feel embarrassed to say this but i dont even know if my ke55 is aussie or jdm. I just assume its and aussie one.

It will be an aussie version UMP.

Mounting the T50 into the KE55 is easy. All you do is use the T50 gearbox rubber mount with the original K gearbox cross member and bolt the whole thing into the car using the rear mounting holes on the car.


Easy . The only problem you will find is the shifter wont line up with the hole in the floor so this will need to be cut out to suit.


Alternatively, I have heard that you can swap the rear extension housing and shift rods from a celica T50 onto the A series T50 and the shifter will line up correctly.
(I have never tried this only read it)
