4agze ignition issue...it has none!

hello!
issue that needs guidance from those far more intelligent than me...
4agze running an old group two motec ecu (ugh)
eveyerthing seems peachy in terms of wiring it in, but no spark
have pulse form distributor to ecu, and from the ecu to the igniter, but what sort of signal
should i get from the igniter to the coil, cos i've got power to the coil, but no spark
coil is ok, power to the injectors is ok, everything is fine, but it doesn't f*cken go!!!!
any help would be greatly appreciated!

what ignitor are you running

just replace it anyway

its pretty comon for ignitors to fail

prob th emost common device that fail son cars

for 100 bucks you can get a new one
or goto wreckes u just need a 3 pin ignitor

If most things have power could it be a bad earth to one of those parts.

Is the igniter body earthed?

does anyone know if there is a way to test if your ignitor is working??
would be nice to be able to test it before going out to buy another one
buggered if i'ev ever seen one before, i'll post up some photos, see if anyone has seen them before...

how do u know that yr gettin pulse to ignitor
if u can check this then you shoul dhave materials to check pulse to coil

what ignitor do u have
aftermarket or std 4agze

you should get a pulse coming out from ignitor to coil aswell

yeh i was using multimeter, the bar on the bottom was reading a pulse, i just wasn't sure if that was the same as what the coil should be getting, but its all good now.
