Default Oil leak 4agze DLI type ignition

    G'day,
My 4agze with DLI is leaking oil from where the dizzy is on a non DLI version ( above extractor ). Is there a seal kit available for DLI type? Done search and can only find kits for dizzy type 4agze's

BTW, If its not a dizzy, what is it?

    Cheers
    Tyrone.

i reakon the seal would be the same between the crank angle sensor and the dizzy..

if you can fit the crankangle sensor in the same hole that the dizzy comes out of, wouldnt it mean that the two would have to have the same diameter shaft and seal to match.....

Just to confirm on the O ring on the dizzy to head seal.

The part #'s between the dizzy's and the CAS's are the same. I went to toyota and went the the EPC to confirm.

the o ring would be the same, but is it leaking from around the o-ring, or the inner seal? this inner seal is often a problem on the 4age dizzy. try the o ring first, easiest, but if it still does leak you may have to look at replaceing the inner seal. You can't buy this from toyota, i have had to do it twice now on my 2 4a's, you get an oil seal 10mm ID 20mm OD and 7mm Thick from CBC's bearing in fyshwick.

hope the o-ring fixes it though
